Connector Kits

We offer several sizes and types of professional connector kits. One of our goals is to provide affordable high quality kits that will keep your bike on the highway and some money in your wallet. We don't sell our loose connectors or insulators for 35 cents each, like some of our competitors do. Nor do we sell grossly overpriced ($200+) kits with funky crimping tools, like another of our competitors does.

Professional Kit CK-5

These are the connector shells and crimp terminals that have been used on Japanese sport bikes, touring bikes, and dirt bikes since the late-1980's. This kit is suitable for home and shop use on a wide range of Japanese motorcycle makes and models. The significantly greater price of this kit is due to high wholesale prices that we have to pay for the shells and crimp terminals that comprise the kit.

Note: We highly recommend the purchase and use of our RTL crimping tool for the proper installation of these connectors. With proper tool use, your repairs will be virtually indistinguishable from the connectors in your factory harness! Conversely, attempting to use these connectors without the proper hand tool (ours or an equivalent model) will lead to unsatisfactory and unreliable results.

Please note that soldering the terminals, rather than crimping them, will destroy the vibration/fatigue resistance which crimped terminals are designed to reduce. Such vibration resistance is especially critical in high-revving applications and in old vibration prone bikes like the Honda CL72 and CL77.
